		        Don't hesitate to book with Tuscany Taste Tour.  They will not disappoint you.  Your every wish will be fulfilled.  We were picked up at the port and returned as scheduled with plenty of time before the ship sailed.  The vehicle was very comfortable and Maurizio, the driver, was very knowledgable.  If you have a problem walking, they are able to drop you right at the site, which is very helpful.  The wi-fi in the vehicle was a great surprise.  A few had devices they could use while enroute from Risa to Florence.

		        Mauritzio was the most wonderful host during our full day in Tuscany.  He picked us up at the ship and dropped us off right at the gangway when our tour was over.  I'm absolutely certain we could not have had a better day or a better host and driver.  He told us everywhere we wanted to go and then surprised us with a wonderful lunch at the home of Stefania, we were thrilled and treated to the most special day!  I have written a wonderful 5+star review on Tripadvisor about this man and his wonderful company.  I would not use any other.  Book with Mauritzio Mancini and you definitely will not be disappointed.

		        We have just completed our tour to Pisa after arriving in Livorno port. The service was fantastico! Turned up on time, took us right to the foot of the Leaning Tower of Pisa and picked us up exactly on time. Very informative and friendly as well. Both my husband and I can highly recommend Tuscan Taste Tour. We have just had the most perfect day, all with a minimum of fuss and for less than the bus tour offered by the ship. The vehicle was spotless and they even had a little step to make easier to get on board.

The timing was perfect as well, suggested by them when we booked. We missed the morning rush and the afternoon rush.

You do need to purchase tickets if you want to go inside any of the buildings and we suggest doing that as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment but for us everything ran perfectly. Whilst everyone comes to see the Tower, the Basillica is definitely worth a visit - it is beautiful.

		        We booked Tuscany Taste Tour for our recent cruise stops in Livorno, Civitavecchia and Salerno. We were very happy with the service and we have no hesitation recommending them.

We had three different drivers in 3 separate days; Maurizio in Livorno, Alex in Rome and Adriano in Salerno. They all worked hard to make our vacation memorable and we have great things to say about all of them. Our favorite was Adriano (sorry Maurizio :-) ), he joked and sang all the way making the kids feel special all day long. Make sure you ask for him if you book a trip in Napoli or Salerno. All drivers were nice and knowledgeable, they responded to our questions and accommodated us by adapting their pace to our group. 

We were a group of 8 that included 4 children; we filled a Mercedes van and it was a great feeling to maximize our little time we had in each port by leaving early, move fast through traffic and take it easy in Pisa, Florence, Rome and across Amalfi coast. The cars have a special permit to get closer to the objectives and have access to areas that are inaccessible to the big buses used by the cruise. We therefore saved time by getting closer to what we wanted to see instead of being parked in a huge parking lot and having to walk to attractions. Also, I find it very convenient to not depend on another tourist being late to one attraction and having a bus load of people waiting. 

We made our schedule with the driver, they listened, they told us what was possible and what not, we compromised on a realistic schedule and they delivered. We also asked for gelato/icecream stops and kids couldn't have been happier.

Adriano even booked a restaurant for us from the car once he know what we wanted to eat in order to save us time looking for one around lunch time in Sorrento.

Highlights of our trip:
- We were early in Pisa and we took pictures before the crowds poured in; small group gets there before the rest of the tourists.
- Maurizio booked Accademia tickets in Florence, no waiting in line for the museum.
- Alex saved us lots of time in Rome to find our way around Colosseum line-ups. Much appreciated Alex.
- Adriano joked all the way around Amalfi coast, shared cooking and Limoncello recipes; we laughed all the way to Pompeii and back.

Maurizio, Alex, Adriano, we hope to see you again when we stop in Italy next time.

		        Maurizio met us at the Cruise Port and transported us to Pisa and then Florence. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. He was extremely informative about where we were being dropped and what to look for and where to meet him afterwards.
He also told us about life in Italy. He was absolutely wonderful and dropped us back at the cruise ship in plenty of time. His price was less than the cost of the shore excursion for the four of us. An additional fee was to the museum to see the Statue of David, which was so worth it. If we had wanted to take the steps to the top of the Tower there would have been a fee for that, but our knees could not take it. He also suggested we visit the Basilica of Santa Croce, where Galileo, Michelangelo, Rossini and Machiavelli are buried. It was around 6 euro to enter and was fantastic. There is free Wi-Fi in his van. The only thing that could have made it better, would be if he offered his guests a bottle of water. If we ever go back - Maurizio will be in our plans!

		        Had a wonderful excursion from La Spezia to Pisa and Florence. Pleasant, knowledgeable driver who took us by car to all the places we could never get to by bus--definitely worth the money if you have any mobility issues or if you have a group of folks to fill the 8 seater van. In a few short hours we got a real flavor of both cities and Florence is magnificent.

		        Maurizio and Tuscany Taste Tour were one of our most favorite shore excursion tours. Maurizio and I had exchanged several emails because we wanted to do Cinque Terre and Pisa. When we arrived into the port of La Spezia it was raining so hard with lightning. Maurizio was waiting for us with umbrellas and said he had looked at the weather and it was supposed to rain most of the day and since the beauty of Cinque Terre is all outside he recommended that we change our plans and gave us a few choices. Maurizio also said that we could keep with our Cinque Terre and he would do what we wanted but thought if we did Florence and Pisa this would be a great substitute. This is where the biggest difference is between a private tour and booking a shore excursion with the cruise line. Regardless of the weather that cruise line shore excursion will go to that destination or it may be potentially cancelled leaving you with nothing. So off to Pisa to take the standard pictures. We opted not to climb the tour although Maurizio had offered to get us tickets if we chose to do that activity. Then onto Florence which was a beautiful city with cobblestone streets and beautiful churches. While the museums are closed on Monday we couldn't see the statue of David we did see some replicas around town. We also saw a beautiful church where Galieo, Michaelangelo and Donate were buried. Maurizio was amazing and informative. We lucked out of the rain until the very end of the day but were able to see most of the highlights in Florence. Maurizio always gave us tons of information, then would drop us off for pictures and to explore. At the end of the day we all wanted Gelato and he took us to the best gelato place we had ever had. Maurizio accommodated all of our requests, and our only regret was that we did not have more time. When we come back to this area again we will only use Tuscany Taste tours and maybe the weather will cooperate and we can see Cinque Terre!! 		        My husband and I travelled to Italy with my parents and my two young children in August, and we used Tuscany Taste Tour for 6 days while we were in Italy. I exchanged emails with Maurizio before confirm the tour, and he replied email promptly and professionally. Maurizio drove us around Tuscany to visit vineyards and many magnificent medieval villages. His knowledge in the area is exceptional and had planned many good restaurants for us. He dropped us right in the centre to all locations so we didn't need to walk too far to visit (this was definitely helpful as my mum can't walk far). Thank you Maurizio and David for the fantastic service that made our holiday in Italy a wonderful one.

		         had always heard that Cinque Terre was one of the most beautiful places in the world...well it is true. We had a chance to go there from our ort of call in La Spezia. There are amny tour companies to choose from, but Tuscany Taste Tours is fantastic. We had great communicatio before our trip and to be honest, we only booked it about 1 week before our trip. We were met at the port drop off area by Maurizio as scheduled. We decided to do the option with the car and driver to do the "lands". Maurizio dropped us at the "top" of each of the locations and then gave us an hour or so to explore each of the places. It was perfect. We were give great info about every place we went. Lunch reservations were made for us and the food was delicious. We even had a little bit of time left over and the end and he took us to another great place Porto Venere. 
P.S. Maurizio had WiFi in the vehicle for us to look up stuff, FaceBook and the kids to play games during the drive. 
This is a must do private tour if you are in La Spezia. He has optios to go by train and ferry if you want to experience it. We chose not to because of the long lines at the stations. Thak you very much Maurizio. Price was very reasonable for a day long private tour.

		        I booked my transfer from Rome to Florence with stop in Orvieto with Tuscany Taste Tour because of tbe excellent reviews. Rest assured the reviews reflect the reality, Maurizio was spot on time and made the transfer itself so smooth and enjoyable I will definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.
