The extra cost are ( UPON RESERVATION ONLY) Official Licence Guide, Museums entry tickets, wine tastings, private lunch at the private home.

Please dress respectfully for visiting religious monuments, local custom requires cover knees and shoulder. Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
The pick up and drop off time can be change according the arrival and departure time of the ship.
Wheel Chair
Our Mercedes Van has room for wheel chair or collapse mobility scooter , but our Van are NOT equipped by ramp to enter inside the van by wheel chair.

If the ship does not make it to the pier for bad weather you will not be considered responsible so NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card.
In this case, you can try to advise us by phone and, if possible, the driver will wait for you at the new port.

No. We guarantee to get our customers back in time for your cruise ship’s departure. All of our tour operators are fully aware of the ship’s departure time. We will have you back on the ship in plenty of time prior to sailing.
Our partners are professionals – selected for their local knowledge and reliability. If for reasons beyond our control (for example road accidents, extreme weather delays, etc.) – we will transport you to your next port of call at no extra cost to you.
