Booking & Payment
Booking with Tuscany Taste Tour will ensure you get more out of your travel experience! We offer a larger variety of tours all over in Italy leading by experts english speaking drivers-guide.
We recommend to book as early as possible! Our tours, shore excursions sell out quickly!! All tours, shore excursions are paid in full, but remember you have until 7 days before the date of your activity to cancel for a full refund.
On the page of each tour described there is a form to fill out and where you can make a full payment. For tour packages, you will be lead how to book.
As you book your tours, you will get an email confirmation and voucher.
Fill out the booking form and make the full payment by Stripe. You can also pay by the credit card at the end of an excursion but, it will take a credit card as a guarantee of reservation.
The extra cost are ( UPON RESERVATION ONLY) Official Licence Guide, Museums entry tickets, wine tastings, private lunch at the private home.
You can print or keep it on your cell phone.
Please dress respectfully for visiting religious monuments, local custom requires cover knees and shoulder. Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
The pick up and drop off time can be change according the arrival and departure time of the ship.
The driver will be waiting you in front of the ship holding a sign with your name on it.
In La Spezia and Carrara you have to take the shuttle form the ship to the parking spot where your driver will be.
Tip is not included and deeply appreciated by our drivers. 15% usually means all was acceptable. 20% for excellent, over 20% outstanding.15-20% is considered standard in most communities.
Wheel Chair
We can accomodate travelers that have just collapsible wheelchair. Our vehicles are not equipped by the ramp for a wheelchair.
Guarantees, Cancellations, Refund Policy
If the ship does not make it to the pier for bad weather you will not be considered responsible so NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card.
In this case, you can try to advise us by phone and, if possible, the driver will wait for you at the new port.
If not possible, NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card.

At the last moment ( or day before of the Tour) for any reasons, If the ship will be docked in La Spezia ( about 115 km from Livorno dock), the total service will be increased of €100,00. Extra Hour € 50,00 each; extra Km € 1,10
No. We guarantee to get our customers back in time for your cruise ship’s departure. We are fully aware of the ship’s departure time. We will have you back on the ship in plenty of time prior to sailing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice must be received by us at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
1) There will be a full charge to your credit card for bookings canceled less than 72 hours prior or for no-shows;
2) A 50% fee applies for cancellations received from 7 days to 72 hours prior;
3) No charge for cancellations made with at least 7 days notice;
