This apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, on a lively street filled with bars and restaurants, just steps away from all the major attractions!

Perfect for a family or a group of friends, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed.

Situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment measures approximately 100 square meters and features two bathrooms. Its name comes from the modern art paintings that decorate its walls!

Upon climbing the stairs, the apartment opens up to reveal its three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are typically set up with a double bed made from two singles joined together, while the third features a queen-size bed, perfect for a couple or a single guest. One of the bedrooms has direct air conditioning, while the other two are cooled with fans. Wardrobes and drawers provide ample storage for longer stays.

The living room is also equipped with air conditioning and includes a double sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare simple lunches or dinners, with fresh ingredients sourced from the characteristic markets of the historic center. It also includes a microwave. The main dining table seats 8 people but can be expanded by adding the second dining table from the kitchen.

The two recently renovated bathrooms both feature showers. Hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and towels are provided for your convenience.

A small utility room with a washing machine is also at your disposal.

Paid garages and parking areas are available within a short distance of the apartment, and we can help you find the closest one. Please note that the street is located in the historic center, within a limited traffic zone with restricted car access.

Getting around the city is incredibly easy, whether on foot, by electric bicycles, or using the small buses that navigate the center. The proximity to the station also makes a taxi ride affordable.
